Hi! I’m Shweta, a visual producer and editor based in Brooklyn, NY. I’m currently the Program Manager for the Bronx Documentary Center Films Fellowship Program, where I teach and support fellows in producing short documentary films.
Most recently, I worked with the video team at National Geographic, producing and editing short and long-form videos for social platforms and the Nat Geo website. Since then, I’ve worked with clients including Adobe and Smithsonian Magazine.
I completed my graduate programs in Photography at Syracuse University and Computer Science at The University of Texas at Austin.
My work has been recognized by Pictures of the Year International, The Society of Publication Designers and NPPA Best of Photojournalism awards.
